Your hotel determines the pickup plan
Punta Cana includes several resort areas rather than one departure point. Bávaro, Cap Cana and Uvero Alto have different road journeys and meeting arrangements. Enter the exact hotel name, activity date and traveler count. The team confirms whether the selected excursion covers the hotel and the meeting point.
Classic excursion or private yacht?
The yacht packages include round-trip transfers from Punta Cana, Santo Domingo, Bayahibe and La Romana. Share your hotel or address to confirm pickup. Adults and children count towards capacity. Lobster, photos and personal extras are not included.
Before the morning of your tour
Check the confirmed time, lobby or meeting location, contact number and return plan. A preferred departure entered in the form is not a confirmed hotel pickup time. If your hotel has multiple buildings or separate lobbies, share the correct section with the team.
Find your resort and airport transfer
Use our hotel directory to identify your resort. The excursion team separately confirms Saona pickup coverage; airport transfer fares are a different service.
