Information we use
We collect the contact and trip details you submit: name, email, phone, dates, hotel, flight and traveler information, notes and consent. These help us quote, coordinate your reservation, provide pickup instructions, manage payment and respond to your requests.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes card payments. We store the payment reference and verified status, not card numbers. Necessary trip information may be shared with the driver or excursion operator for the reserved service. Hosting and payment providers process information needed to run the service. We send transactional booking and inquiry emails through our email provider. Our operations team receives necessary contact and trip details through Telegram to respond and coordinate your request. Your private booking access link is emailed to you and is not included in Telegram notices. WhatsApp opens an external service subject to its own policy.
Storage and access
Booking records are kept for service operation, accounting and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Administrative access is restricted. Your private booking link is an access credential: do not share it publicly. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure public pages, inquiries and booking steps. We do not send customer contact details or private booking access codes to Analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled. Your browser may temporarily keep trip fields and your private booking access for the session to preserve your reservation flow. Third-party Stripe and WhatsApp services follow their own policies.
