Your airport transfer starts before you land. Enter the flight number, scheduled arrival time and complete hotel name when booking. Similar resort names can refer to different properties, so check your accommodation confirmation instead of selecting the first hotel that looks familiar. Include everyone in your party and the luggage traveling with you.
After payment is verified through Stripe, keep your e-ticket and private booking reference. Our team sends pickup instructions one day before the service. Follow the meeting details for your own booking; do not rely on an old screenshot, another traveler’s instructions or a generic description of the airport. Check your messages before departure and keep the support contact accessible.
After collecting your luggage and completing the arrival formalities, go to the agreed meeting point. If your flight changes or you cannot locate your pickup, contact our team on WhatsApp with the booking reference. Your transfer is private for your group. The exact meeting point and coordination come from your confirmed instructions, rather than a promise that every flight uses the same exit.
